Director of Product Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing Product organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will drive operational excellence, establish standardized practices, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance delivery governance and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Product organization's operating model for scalable delivery
- Lead delivery governance, including program planning and executive reviews, while monitoring execution health across teams
- Drive organizational change initiatives by introducing AI-enabled workflows and operational frameworks
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or related leadership roles within a SaaS or technology organization
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and executive leadership
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and modern product development lifecycles
- Experience implementing scalable operational processes and driving organizational change
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining operational metrics and executive reporting
