Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations to drive operational excellence across its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize product team processes and tools to ensure best practices are consistently applied
• Facilitate product development best practices in collaboration with engineering leadership
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team specialized in UI/UX research, data analysis, and customer insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience incorporating design and customer feedback into the product development process
• Strong operational leadership with a focus on translating industry best practices into effective team processes
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in a regulated industry is ideal
