Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations, responsible for optimizing and scaling operational infrastructure for product development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational frameworks for efficient product development lifecycles
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and goals
• Build and oversee analytics systems to measure product performance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Product or Operations
• Certification and experience within a product management framework such as Pragmatic Marketing
• PMI Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment
