Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations
• At least 3+ years of experience in leading and building teams
• Strong ability to distill processes into simple forms and manage fast-paced environments
• Experience running production support teams is a plus
• A collaborative mindset focused on delivering impactful results
