Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Workflow & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, design, and optimize the institutional investment data lifecycle from client onboarding to reporting
• Own delivery management, including sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Implement process automation and workflow optimization, particularly at the intersection of AI/ML and human-in-the-loop

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data operations and workflow management in institutional finance or asset management
• Hands-on experience in data extraction, enrichment, and delivery operations
• Experience in architecting and scaling high-volume data workflows in a SaaS or managed service environment
• Proven operational management experience with KPIs for quality, cost, and cycle time
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing operational teams
