Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Release Governance program to ensure predictable, conflict-free delivery
• Lead launch governance and GTM readiness orchestration across multiple teams
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps and enhancing governance maturity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations or related leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software
• 5+ years at a senior leadership level, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
• Proven experience in release governance and portfolio-level operating frameworks
• Strong proficiency with operational and analytics tools (e.g., Monday.com, Pendo)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
