Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations to enhance the Product Management organization through strategic insights and operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize insights models and produce quarterly portfolio summaries
• Design and improve product planning and governance processes
• Prepare and distribute product operations updates and support executive-level materials

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analytics
• Strong analytical orientation with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Familiarity with product analytics and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo) is preferred
• Experience in education technology or mission-driven organizations is a plus
