Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize the AI-driven Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from discovery to post-launch evaluation
Administer and manage the Jira instance and broader product tech stack to enhance product and delivery data
Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs related to product performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Operations, R&D Operations, or Technical Program Management in a B2B SaaS environment
Deep expertise in Jira administration, including workflow design and automation
Experience in designing and optimizing PDLC processes with measurable adoption
Hands-on experience with BI tools for dashboard creation and maintenance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and translate data into executive narratives
