Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Operations, this full-time remote position will manage the development and scaling of operational excellence across the product organization, driving cross-functional alignment and optimizing product development processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and leading the Product Operations function to support product strategy, planning, execution, and measurement
• Establishing scalable processes and frameworks across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
• Driving product portfolio planning, roadmap governance, and quarterly business reviews

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related functions
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations
