Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Director of Product Operations will manage operational leadership across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer-facing teams, focusing on formalizing and scaling processes that connect customer needs and market feedback to product planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and formalize mechanisms for gathering customer and GTM feedback, including Product Feature Requests and advisory inputs
• Establish scalable processes for prioritizing and communicating customer requirements across Product and Engineering organizations
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive roadmap planning, release coordination, and execution tracking

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Strong experience in building and operationalizing scalable processes for product intake and execution management
• Experience managing customer feedback loops and requirements gathering workflows
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments is strongly preferred
