Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence and AI enablement, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will oversee product lifecycle governance, manage tooling strategies, and enhance training frameworks to support product development and execution quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and quality across the product development lifecycle
• Own the tooling strategy for the Product organization, ensuring effective adoption and ROI
• Develop and scale training programs for onboarding and continuous development of product roles

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product operations or product management within a digital health or technology firm
• Proven track record of successfully rolling out AI tools with measurable impacts on efficiency
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle in a technology-focused environment
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication at executive levels
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
