Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of Tempo's Product organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Operations will manage strategic operations, integrate AI-driven practices, and enhance tooling and processes to ensure efficient product development and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define and operationalize product strategy and maintain operating cadences
• Champion the integration of AI tools into product operations and develop frameworks for product managers
• Build data and insights infrastructure to connect product decisions to customer outcomes and business results

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or a related function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
• Deep fluency in modern AI tools and experience implementing them in product organizations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and synthesizing complex data
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, BigQuery, or Looker
