Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing product organization, the full-time Director of Product Operations will design and implement systems for product development, create a prioritization pipeline, and oversee the product management enablement process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internal and external product roadmap, ensuring it remains current and trustworthy
• Create a single intake and prioritization pipeline for feature requests across various stakeholders
• Define and roll out the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) and establish a planning system

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or product program leadership
• Proven track record of building intake, prioritization, planning, and roadmapping systems
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly in regulated industries or data-intensive products
• Strong familiarity with product operations tooling such as Productboard, Aha!, or Jira
• Experience leading product design and UX functions, including managing distributed teams
