Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational efforts of the Product, Engineering, and Design teams, the remote Director of Product Development Operations will manage a small product operations team, set strategic direction for product and engineering operations, and ensure efficient delivery of user-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing Product Development Operations team while directly managing the UX Design team
• Define and own the operational framework for planning, prioritization, and execution across Product and Engineering organizations
• Oversee release management strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and managing cross-team dependencies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, engineering operations, or program management within a technology organization
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management
• Experience administering tools like Jira, Confluence, Airfocus, and Pendo
