Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Operations, this full-time remote position will manage and scale the Product Operations discipline, oversee a team of Product Program Managers, and drive innovation in operational workflows by leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and quality across product processes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Product Launch & Readiness processes
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the Product Knowledge team, maintaining accurate and accessible product documentation
- Establish feedback systems to integrate customer insights into product prioritization and enhance the product delivery lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- 4+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in building or maturing a Product Operations function at an enterprise scale
- Proven ability to integrate AI technologies into operational workflows
- Experience managing product knowledge bases and technical communication frameworks
