Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product - Protein Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and revenue goals
• Lead market research and customer insight programs to inform product roadmap and feature investments
• Serve as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication on priorities and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of life science/biotech product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Advanced life-science degree (PhD preferred; MSc/MBA acceptable with equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in protein expression and purification workflows
• History of translating scientific insights into successful product offerings
• Skilled at designing and running Voice-of-Customer programs
