Director of Product, Revenue Lifecycle

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Director of Product, Revenue Lifecycle & Emerging Tech to lead full-time initiatives focused on modernizing WEX's quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle ecosystem and driving AI-enabled transformation across enterprise functions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle ecosystem across multiple business lines
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing revenue leakage and improving billing accuracy through platform modernization and workflow optimization
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled transformation opportunities across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and customer lifecycle functions

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in Product Management and enterprise product leadership roles
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives across complex organizations
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to define long-term platform visions and execution roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
