Director of Product, Risk Management

Job Summary

Leading a new initiative in risk lifecycle management, the full-time salaried Director of Product, Risk Management will oversee the integration of Underwriting, Claims, and Security functions, managing a team of product managers to enhance product strategy and performance across all areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a cohesive product strategy that integrates underwriting, claims, and security as a unified risk lifecycle
• Build and develop a high-performing product team, including hiring, coaching, and setting clear expectations
• Own and optimize feedback loops between areas to enhance decision-making and product effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience, with significant leadership in developing product managers
• Proven track record of managing multi-domain or platform portfolios and aligning competing priorities
• Experience leading technically complex, data-driven product areas and collaborating with Data and Engineering teams
• Strong people leadership skills, with a focus on hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Demonstrated experience with major platform migrations or systems transformations
