Director of Product Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive product security strategy aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations
• Drive a secure product development lifecycle and oversee threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity documentation requirements and manage post-market surveillance and incident response

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related engineering discipline
• 15+ years of technical experience in the medical device industry, with at least 10 years in cybersecurity
• 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role, with experience in integrating security into regulated product development
• Deep expertise in secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP are highly valued
