Director of Product Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product security strategy aligned with regulatory expectations and quality management system requirements
• Lead a global product security team and oversee security integration across various medical devices and software platforms
• Champion secure development practices and lead post-market security activities, including incident response and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of MedTech experience in Quality, R&D, engineering, or product security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with Class I, II, and III medical devices, including regulatory submissions
• Knowledge of hardware and software security practices and regulatory expectations for medical device cybersecurity
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred
