Director of Product Security Compliance

Job Summary

Director of Product Security Compliance is a full-time position responsible for leading the strategy and execution of a global product security governance framework across various product architectures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a unified product security policy framework and establish control objectives aligned to secure development practices
• Act as an internal authority on regulatory requirements, leading enterprise-wide readiness and monitoring evolving global regulations
• Build and scale a global product compliance program, overseeing audits and ensuring traceability from policy implementation evidence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product security, cybersecurity governance, or compliance within technology companies
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers
• Experience building governance frameworks across software and embedded/hardware environments
• Strong knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act and related frameworks
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering and legal
