Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product & Market Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous market synthesis and research to identify macro-trends affecting banking clients
• Define strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate the company’s offerings in the market
• Lead the orchestration of go-to-market strategies for new features and validate the product roadmap through customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Product Strategy, Market Research, or Product Marketing within the Banking Tech or Credit Union sectors
• Deep understanding of AI's evolution and its application in regulated environments
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI models for SaaS companies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
