Key Responsibilities

• Develop market insights and formulate product strategy, including cost-benefit analysis and roadmap creation
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure product development aligns with go-to-market plans
• Manage post-launch product lifecycle and support sales and marketing efforts for new products

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, preferably in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
• Knowledge of digital transformation and automation in healthcare technology
• Proven track record in end-to-end product management
• Experience in business model creation
• Ability to conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis
