Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Strategy, Commercial Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for commercial defense product lines based on customer workflows and adoption patterns
• Lead product discovery with key stakeholders to identify high-value product opportunities
• Translate customer problems into clear product bets and success metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership in regulated industries
• Experience working with commercial defense customers or defense-focused technology companies
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviewing and problem framing
• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers
• US Citizenship required; active security clearance is a plus
