Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

To support strategic pre-sales and product innovation, the full-time remote Director of Product Strategy will own product strategy, lead customer discovery efforts, and drive alignment between teams while working closely with executives and stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap direction, and key product decisions
• Lead customer discovery sessions and identify new product opportunities
• Support strategic pre-sales efforts, proposals, and solution design discussions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, UX Strategy, or Solution Leadership
• Experience leading B2B SaaS, enterprise software, platform, CRM, or workflow products
• Proven success in launching products from concept through adoption
• Strong pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing product experience
• Experience working with offshore teams
