Director of Product, Wallets

Job Summary

Championing the management of money across Polygon's Open Money Stack, the full-time remote Director of Product, Wallets & Treasury will own the product strategy for enterprise wallets, custody, and treasury infrastructure while enhancing onchain financial product access for businesses and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise wallet solutions and onchain treasury operations
• Develop infrastructure for managing liquidity, permissions, and treasury policies within the Open Money Stack
• Collaborate with fintechs and financial institutions to enhance wallet and payment experiences for enterprise customers

Required qualifications

• Significant product leadership experience in enterprise wallets, custody, payments, or fintech infrastructure
• Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure at a leading financial technology company
• Deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture, including custody and key management
• Strong knowledge of stablecoins and decentralized finance, particularly in relation to onchain liquidity
• Proven track record of successfully launching financial infrastructure products at scale
