Director of Production QC

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Production & QC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, collaborate with suppliers, and lead the Production Team
• Establish and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues
• Manage and lead the production and QC team, foster a collaborative work environment, and improve production processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management and quality control
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient in using production management and quality control software/tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
