Job Summary
Leading the guest-facing show experience, the full-time remote Director of Production Services will manage show operations and technical services teams, ensuring high-quality execution of creative standards while overseeing staffing, training, and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the operational owner of the guest experience, maintaining quality and consistency in storytelling and immersion
- Recruit, train, and supervise guest experience staff and technical personnel, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork
- Oversee the daily operation and reliability of show systems, coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Technical Production, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in immersive entertainment or related industries
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary operational and technical teams
- Strong understanding of immersive storytelling and guest engagement
- Working knowledge of show systems including lighting, audio, and interactive technologies
