Director of Products and Capabilities

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Products & Capabilities for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the technical roadmap and IT budget across multiple business units
• Lead a team to support various technical disciplines and drive team development aligned with business strategy
• Develop data strategy and reporting infrastructure to support business needs and system implementations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of management experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology, specifically in EDI, DSCSA, and Master Data
• 7+ years of experience with major supply chain technology platforms
• 5+ years of experience building data infrastructures using tools like Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake
• 5+ years of experience in people management and organizational strategy
