Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Learning Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic execution of professional learning delivery, ensuring measurable impact
• Manage and coach facilitators to ensure high-quality training and coaching sessions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders, guiding customized professional learning plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education, professional learning, or instructional leadership
• Experience managing facilitators or instructional leaders for effective training delivery
• Strong collaborative skills with experience in cross-functional teams
• Experience with RFPs, sales presentations, and pilot implementations in an edtech context
• Deep understanding of HQIM and adult learning principles
