Director of Professional Learning

Job Summary

To lead the development of a national Professional Learning practice, the full-time Senior Director of Professional Learning will own the multi-year roadmap, design impactful content, and build a high-performing team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement a multi-year roadmap for Professional Learning, establishing scalable systems and frameworks
• Direct the design of professional learning content based on adult learning science and real educator conditions
• Build and manage a national team of Professional Learning Specialists and Managers, ensuring consistent quality across all channels

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading professional learning or customer education programs, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design
• Experience in scaling functions, including operating models and staffing plans
• Fluency in data, including defining success metrics and reporting
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred
