Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Professional Relations will build and advance relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations, develop engagement strategies, and represent the company at industry events while mentoring a team to enhance professional impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategies for professional society and key opinion leader engagement
- Serve as the primary executive liaison to medical associations and external stakeholders
- Oversee partnership agreements and collaborative initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in professional relations, stakeholder engagement, or healthcare association management
- Proficiency in using AI tools for stakeholder intelligence and communications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of mentoring staff
- Advanced degree in communications, business, healthcare, or a related field preferred; bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with healthcare communications or medical society operations strongly preferred
