Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive and report on scorecard metrics and project health
• Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring project success and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in project management, implementation, or professional services in relevant healthcare sectors
• 10+ years of experience in talent management and team development
• Deep knowledge of Medical Group, Health System, and Payer market segments
• Experience with SaaS solutions implementation for relevant healthcare sectors
• Strong business acumen and executive presence
