Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead and scale their onboarding and implementation function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Medical Device Consultants
• Streamline onboarding processes to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and support customer success

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a Professional Services leadership role within a B2B SaaS company
• Experience managing at least $1M in services revenue annually
• Deep expertise in client onboarding journeys for diverse customer segments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with regulation-oriented or compliance-driven SaaS platforms preferred
