Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead implementation and consultative engagements for strategic enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy for the Professional Services organization
• Oversee presales scoping, onboarding, configuration, advisory, and enablement services
• Implement tools and dashboards to track success measurements and manage partner resources

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in leadership
• Background in Cyber Security industry including experience in GRC, IAM, IGA, CSPM, or SSPM
• Familiarity with audit cycles, especially in regulated industries
• Experience scaling delivery teams at a high-growth SaaS company
• Proficiency with GRC and cloud platforms like AWS, Okta, Azure, GCP, and Jira
