Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Professional Services organization to drive customer success and product adoption
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process and ensure high-quality customer onboarding experiences
• Lead the design and delivery of professional learning programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer implementation, professional learning, or related service delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing service delivery programs
• Strong strategic and operational mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and fostering a customer-focused culture
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
