Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Professional Services Engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, including workshops and platform implementations
• Establish engagement governance and manage executive-facing status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders for successful outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or program leadership roles
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise engagements with executive stakeholders
• Background in enterprise SaaS, data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions preferred
• Ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial discipline
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience in ambiguous environments
