Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead the Americas Professional Services team and drive customer onboarding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional services focused on AI and Conversational AI innovation across multiple geographies
• Lead pilot projects to showcase AI advancements and ensure cost efficiency while converting to larger engagements
• Oversee cross-functional teams and elevate partner skills globally through advanced technical workshops

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Delivery
• Proven experience managing teams in a Professional Services or Consulting environment with ownership of service KPIs
• Strong background in a SaaS environment, with experience in AI or Agentic AI platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing distributed teams and engaging executive stakeholders to define success criteria and resolve escalations
