Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for the Americas Professional Services organization while aligning with global scalability goals
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and architects to drive successful implementation outcomes
• Own the Americas Professional Services P&L, managing capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and financial targets

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, or Zero Trust solutions
• Proven experience managing P&Ls, department budgets, and financial targets
• Strong knowledge of professional services operations and project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
