Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services to lead implementations, platform migrations, and consulting engagements for higher education clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Services P&L, including revenue, margin, and utilization rates
• Manage resource allocation and strengthen SOW discipline to protect margins
• Lead the delivery of the Kuali upgrade program across multiple product tracks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, implementation, or consulting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience improving services margins and delivery efficiency in a SaaS or software environment
• Strong project management fundamentals with familiarity in SOW-based revenue models
• Experience leading a team of domain experts without being a domain expert yourself
• Familiarity with AI tooling as it applies to services delivery
