Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and ensure high-quality service delivery, the full-time remote Director of Professional Services will oversee the entire lifecycle of professional services for the Infrastructure Land Management product line, from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing customer success.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end ILM Professional Services practice, focusing on revenue growth and delivery excellence
• Drive services sales in collaboration with the Account Executive team, including pipeline development and contract negotiation
• Build and lead the professional services team, establishing performance standards and career development paths

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of growing a services practice, including pre-sales and SOW development
• Experience building and scaling professional services teams with strong financial acumen
• Excellent executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders
