Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading delivery operations and customer implementations, the full-time salaried Director of Professional Services will oversee service delivery, operational performance, and customer satisfaction for the Expert and Sierra product lines in both cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director of North America Services to define operational goals and strategic initiatives that support growth and customer success
• Manage day-to-day operations for Professional Services delivery teams, ensuring quality delivery and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement methodologies and best practices to improve delivery consistency and project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing Professional Services or Implementation teams within enterprise software organizations
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and scalable delivery practices
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations in cloud and/or on-premise environments
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operational metrics and delivery governance
• Experience with project management methodologies that support efficient service delivery
