Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Director of Professional Services will manage the day-to-day operations of a Professional Services delivery organization, focusing on migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise WordPress deployments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance a Professional Services organization that leverages AI to improve delivery and capacity for complex projects
• Identify growth opportunities within existing engagements and collaborate with Sales to convert delivery relationships into commercial successes
• Oversee the quality of service delivery, ensuring project health, customer outcomes, and adherence to timelines and scopes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or technical consulting, with direct experience managing a delivery organization
• 5+ years of experience delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, particularly in large-scale migrations or custom development
• Proven ability to create and manage a services portfolio, defining offerings and pricing them effectively
• Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and managing performance within a team
• Comfortable operating in an AI-augmented delivery environment, demonstrating fluency in how AI impacts service delivery
