Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Transforming the delivery engine for a growing practice, the full-time remote Director of Professional Services will manage Technical Delivery, PMO, and Solutions Consulting, focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in implementing operational changes to improve time-to-implementation while maintaining quality
• Establish and manage key delivery metrics, ensuring visibility and accountability across the team
• Develop and mentor managers to autonomously drive performance and outcomes within the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or Software Delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in scaling and transforming delivery processes for efficiency without compromising quality
• Strong collaborative skills with Product and Engineering teams, particularly in overlapping delivery and product areas
• High fluency in AI technologies and a commitment to innovative approaches in delivery
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles and experience in financial services or fintech preferred
