Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants and specialists in the Americas, the fully remote Director of Professional Services will manage client engagements, drive financial outcomes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering professional growth within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the regional LS Retail Consulting team, collaborating with other regions
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and policies aligned with the region's targets
• Oversee team performance, training, and daily activities while managing client relationships and project priorities

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technology, business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services firm managing direct reports
• 10+ years of experience with ERP systems and implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of LS Retail functional and implementation processes is advantageous
• Fluency in written and spoken English
