Job Summary

Leading a global implementation team, the full-time Director of Professional Services will manage customer onboarding and delivery processes while driving the development of methodologies and tools to enhance service efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed Professional Services team
• Own end-to-end implementation and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth handoffs
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on deal scoping and lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services or delivery leadership at a SaaS or technology company
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing distributed or offshore services teams
• Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise-scale implementations
• Fluency in SaaS delivery models and project methodologies
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its applications in service delivery
