Job Summary
Leading the North America Platform Services organization, the remote Director of Professional Services will drive delivery excellence across a scientific software portfolio, managing a high-performing team and ensuring commercial performance and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a management team focused on scientific implementation and regional delivery
- Own regional services bookings, revenue, and delivery predictability while partnering with various internal teams
- Act as the senior leader for strategic customer engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and customer value
Required qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in Professional Services or enterprise software delivery
- Proven track record of managing commercial metrics, including revenue and capacity planning
- Experience in leading complex customer implementations and executive governance
- Strong understanding of project governance, Statements of Work, and change control
- Experience in scientific software or R&D informatics within regulated environments
