Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

To lead the development of a Professional Services practice in the Americas, the full-time salaried Director of Professional Services will manage delivery teams, build delivery methodologies, and oversee subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and quality implementation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a regional team of solutions architects, data engineers, and project managers, ensuring consistency in project delivery
• Establish standards for scoping and delivery, including SOW creation, estimation models, and repeatable playbooks
• Manage relationships with subcontracted partners to maintain quality and flexibility in service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or consulting in enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing Professional Services methodologies, including SOW creation and delivery playbooks
• Experience managing subcontractor or partner delivery models, ensuring quality governance
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and utilization management within a services business
• Expertise in master data management, data integration, or modern data platforms
