Director of Professional Services Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services Operations to lead their global PMO and Professional Services Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met
• Oversee project lifecycle, develop project governance structure and policies
• Analyze project metrics, manage project financials, and drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of program and operations management experience in the software space
• Prior direct people management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, master's degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus
