Director of Professional Services PMO
Job Summary
To lead the strategic and operational execution of the Professional Services function, the full-time Director of Professional Services PMO will drive the adoption of global standards and governance practices, ensuring project quality and delivery predictability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the adoption of global Professional Services methodologies and conduct regular project quality reviews to ensure project health
- Partner with regional Sales and Delivery leadership to assess project scope and ensure compliance with global standards during structured deal reviews
- Lead regional portfolio governance and reporting, providing visibility into delivery performance and supporting executive business reviews
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Professional Services or Delivery Operations within a global SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience in improving delivery governance and operational execution across large services organizations
- Experience with structured deal reviews, project governance, and executive reporting
- Strong experience with PSA platforms and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
